4 ripe avocados
¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
¼ cup lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients except avocados
Add Avocado and mash with a fork so that they are still chunky.
Toss and serve with chips, cut up veggies, or as a topping on a salad.
