I don't know about you, but I'm feeling like I need a reset.

The trauma and drama and lack of clarity circulating right now can suck us in.  That's why I'm doing things a little differently this season.


I've taught 18 seasonal resets since 2011.  The physical, mental, and emotional toll that 2020 has brought into our energy field needs to be cleared.  To make it available to everyone, I've opted to offer a "Pay what you want" service. 

Detox the body

We'll be weaning from caffiene, sugar, alcohol, etc. and giving the body the tools to gently detox the deeper tissues.

Drop into joyful habitsf

The cornerstone of all of Ayurveda.  And a lifestyle habit that will keep you vital way into your golden years.  

calm your mind

Guided practices that simplify the whole meditation/mindfulness thing.  Do what you can, leave the rest behind. 

Peer support

You aren't alone.  Others will be there to share and cheer you along.  You'll be inspired.  It's relatability on steroids.  Connection is key.
